DeKalb Chamber opens Farmers Market season

The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce ambassadors, board members, staff and vendors recently held a ribbon-cutting to commemorate the opening of the 2017 Farmers Market. Located in the Van Buer Plaza at North Second and Locust streets in downtown DeKalb, the Farmers Market runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays through September. It features more than 30 vendors and provides the community with fresh locally grown produce, olive oil, coffee, honey, baked goods and more.
