Creative Therapeutics is celebrating two decades of serving the community with an open-house style party from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Visitors can tour the clinic and try a class if they wish – or just stop in for food and drinks, and enter a drawing for prizes.
Lynn Batalden, who holds a doctorate in physical therapy, founded the clinic in 1997. Over the years, the clinic grew to involve more practitioners and more space, offering unique classes, workshops and personal training for all ages and abilities alongside physical therapy. In addition to traditional orthopedic rehabilitation, therapists specialize in pelvic floor therapy, women’s and men’s health, and female athletics.
The party is open to the public. Creative Therapeutics is at 400 E. Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb. For information, call 815-758-5508 or visit wholept.com.
