By the numbers: Rapp finished with 13 and Majerus 11 for the Spartans. Ross had 10 for the Foxes, with teammate Lindsay Harrison chipping in seven points and 11 rebounds. Yorkville turned the ball over six times in the first half but only once in the second.
Beyond the stats: Feuerbach was playing in her first game since verbally committing to Iowa State on Thursday.
They said it: “Me and my parents talked about it for an hour and a half, just the pros and cons of committing this early,” Feuerbach said of making the decision in her sophomore year. “It was my top school no matter what. My parents both went there, my grandpa played there, so it was basically my top school. It was nice that they offered me the opportunity.”
