DeKALB – The DeKalb Public Library will offer "Advanced 3D Printing: Using Meshmixer" at 7 p.m. May 22.
Attendees will learn how to cut objects apart, create custom supports, hollow out a model and check for any mesh errors.
Participants must have some 3-D printing experience. Students will be supplied with a laptop that has Meshmixer installed on it as well as a variety of digital models to work on to follow along with in class. Class attendance will be limited to six, first-come, first-served.
This class is free and will be held in the Nancy D. Castle Collaboration Studio in the Haish building.
