Kish College to host Homeschool Visit Day on May 31

Kishwaukee College will hold its third annual Homeschool Visit Day on May 31 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Kishwaukee College Conference Center.

The Homeschool Visit Day begins with check-in from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and will include a presentation on Dual Credit options, a Student Panel, and a campus tour. There also will be a Resource Fair with information on everything from financial aid to free tutoring.

Michelle Rothmeyer, vice president of Student Services, noted that Kishwaukee has welcomed homeschool students to campus for many years and that the college has seen an increase in the number of homeschool students enrolling.

Participants should park in Parking Lot A and enter through Doors 16 and 17. This event is free and open to the public.

For more information, contact Student Outreach at 815-825-9460 or studentoutreach@kish.edu. To register for Homeschool Visit Day, visit www.kish.edu/homeschool.
