Century 21 Elsner joins Century 21 Affiliated

DeKALB – Century 21 Affiliated has acquired Century 21 Elsner in DeKalb. The company will continue to operate under the Century 21 Affiliated name and specialize in residential and commercial property sales.

“We are thrilled to have broker Sue Elsner and her office join Century 21 Affiliated,” Tom Bretz, Chicago president of Century 21 Affiliated, said in a news release.

“As respected and innovated real estate brokerage companies in their own right, the coming together of these companies means a heightened level of service for area homebuyers, sellers and owners.”

Century 21 Elsner Realty owner Sue Elsner will be staying on as an agent with the 16 additional real estate professionals, while Century 21 Affiliated’s Alison Nieto will step in as team leader.

“We wanted to keep the brokerage within the Century 21 brand, but be a part of something bigger with an emphasis on technology, training and network opportunities – and Century 21 Affiliated is just that,” Elsner said in the release.

Century 21 Affiliated opened multiple new offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Florida, and has continually held the Century 21 record for the most transactions by a single Century 21 company – 20,039-plus units in 2017.

Century 21 Affiliated is a full-service brokerage with more than 100 offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Florida.
